A route name does not guarantee a stop directly in front of your hotel. Check the final walking or taxi connection.

Taxi types can use different official stands, fares, vehicle sizes, reservation methods, and service conditions.

Standard Taxi

A regular taxi for direct travel. Confirm the destination and use the official standard taxi stand.

International Taxi

May provide foreign-language assistance in some situations. Availability and reservation conditions can change.

Deluxe Taxi

A premium taxi category with different fares and an assigned official stand.

Jumbo Taxi

A larger taxi category for more passengers or luggage. Confirm actual capacity before booking or boarding.

Hailing or Reserved Taxi

Pickup and meeting procedures differ between on-site taxis and reserved vehicles. Confirm the exact meeting point.

At this stage, GoMoveKorea does not publish fixed Terminal 1 stand numbers. Confirm the taxi type and current stand number on airport signs or with an official airport desk.

Official Ride Apps

Ride apps are one option among rail, airport bus, taxis, and hotel pickup. Do not rely on an app until account, phone, payment, and airport pickup details are confirmed.

Compare official app information

Examples may include k.ride, Kakao T, and TADA. Supported languages and overseas use conditions can change, so check each official service.

Check phone and account setup

Overseas phone numbers, identity verification, SMS reception, roaming, and app-store availability may differ.

Check dispatch and payment

Availability, vehicle types, fares, reservations, dispatch, payment, and cancellation rules are handled by the official app.

GoMoveKorea does not operate, recommend, dispatch, reserve, or process payment for any ride app. Actual use follows each official app or service.

No Korean Phone Number

Do not assume every app accepts an overseas number. Keep hotel contact details and non-app transport options ready.

Cannot Install Korean Apps

Use official taxi stands, airport counters, hotel front desk help, Airport Railroad, airport buses, or official web options when available.

Cannot Speak Korean

Show a Korean address or map link and ask airport, hotel, transport, police, or emergency staff for official help.

If you cannot explain your destination in Korean, use official information desks, tourist help, hotel staff, transport staff, and a prepared Korean address or map link.

Airport information and tourist desks

Ask airport staff or tourist information about transport counters, taxi stands, bus stops, trains, and official help before leaving the terminal.

Use official tourism consultation or interpretation support channels when available. Languages and operating hours may change, so check official information.

Hotel and accommodation staff

Major hotels often have staff who can assist in English, but language support varies. Ask staff to write the destination in Korean or call an official taxi when available.
