A pre-arranged hotel or official transfer can provide a defined meeting point.
Confirm the operator, terminal, meeting point, contact method, price, and cancellation terms with the hotel or official provider.
AREX
Use rail when you can manage your luggage and the station connection suits your hotel route.
Express and all-stop trains can use different tickets, boarding areas, and travel flows.
Follow official guidance for ticket machines, counters, transportation cards, and train-specific tickets.
Check whether you need subway, taxi, bus, or walking after Seoul Station or another transfer station.
Review lifts, transfer distance, station exits, and the final walk to your hotel before choosing rail.
Bus
Airport buses can be practical when the route stops near your hotel area and you want fewer rail transfers.
Use an official ticket counter or machine and confirm the destination, route, and boarding terminal.
Check the bus stop number, route number, destination, and direction on current airport signs.
Machines and counters may accept different cards or payment methods. Follow the instructions shown at the point of sale.
A route name does not guarantee a stop directly in front of your hotel. Check the final walking or taxi connection.
Taxi
Taxi types can use different official stands, fares, vehicle sizes, reservation methods, and service conditions.
A regular taxi for direct travel. Confirm the destination and use the official standard taxi stand.

At this stage, GoMoveKorea does not publish fixed Terminal 1 stand numbers. Confirm the taxi type and current stand number on airport signs or with an official airport desk.
Apps
Ride apps are one option among rail, airport bus, taxis, and hotel pickup. Do not rely on an app until account, phone, payment, and airport pickup details are confirmed.
Examples may include k.ride, Kakao T, and TADA. Supported languages and overseas use conditions can change, so check each official service.
Overseas phone numbers, identity verification, SMS reception, roaming, and app-store availability may differ.
Availability, vehicle types, fares, reservations, dispatch, payment, and cancellation rules are handled by the official app.
GoMoveKorea does not operate, recommend, dispatch, reserve, or process payment for any ride app. Actual use follows each official app or service.
Travel Needs
Use these checks when luggage, group size, arrival time, phone setup, apps, or language make the trip more difficult.
Compare lifts, transfer distance, bus luggage handling, taxi trunk space, and the final walk to the hotel.
Check passenger count, child needs, luggage volume, vehicle capacity, and total fare before choosing.
Check current train and bus operating hours before landing and prepare an official taxi, hotel, or transfer backup.
Do not assume every app accepts an overseas number. Keep hotel contact details and non-app transport options ready.
Use official taxi stands, airport counters, hotel front desk help, Airport Railroad, airport buses, or official web options when available.
Show a Korean address or map link and ask airport, hotel, transport, police, or emergency staff for official help.
Help
If you cannot explain your destination in Korean, use official information desks, tourist help, hotel staff, transport staff, and a prepared Korean address or map link.
Ask airport staff or tourist information about transport counters, taxi stands, bus stops, trains, and official help before leaving the terminal.
Use official tourism consultation or interpretation support channels when available. Languages and operating hours may change, so check official information.
Major hotels often have staff who can assist in English, but language support varies. Ask staff to write the destination in Korean or call an official taxi when available.
Station, bus, taxi-counter, and airport transport staff can help confirm platforms, stops, ticketing, or pickup areas.
For safety, medical, or urgent situations, use official police, emergency, airport, or accommodation help channels.
Keep your hotel name, Korean address, phone number, and a local map link ready to show staff or a driver.
