Prepare a card, cash, currency exchange, or transportation card as needed. Payment methods differ, so check the official service before paying.
Information and Language Help
Use an airport Information Desk or Tourist Information desk. Show staff your hotel name, Korean address, phone number, or map link.
Choose Transportation
Compare Airport Railroad, airport bus, standard taxi, international taxi, deluxe or jumbo taxi, official ride apps, and hotel or official pickup services.
Confirm Your Meeting Point
Check the exit number, taxi stand number, bus stop number, terminal, floor, and the exact meeting point for a reserved vehicle.

Finish arrival formalities
Complete immigration, baggage claim, and customs, then enter the public arrivals hall on 1F. Check that you are in Incheon Airport Terminal 1 (T1).

B1 · Transportation Center
Follow Airport Railroad / AREX signs
Follow these signs to Incheon Int’l Airport Terminal 1 Station in the B1 Transportation Center. Look for an elevator if you have heavy luggage, or ask at an information desk if you are unsure of the direction.

Choose your train
Decide where you need to get off
Choose Express for Seoul Station. Choose All-stop for intermediate stations such as Hongik University or Gongdeok. Check the station nearest your hotel and any transfer or walk after the train.

Tickets
Get the right ticket for your train
Express requires a separate ticket and has assigned seats. For All-stop, buy a single-use transportation card at a station ticket machine or use a topped-up prepaid transportation card. Check card and payment conditions at the machine or with staff.

Before boarding
Confirm the direction and departure
Follow the gate and platform signs for your chosen train toward Seoul Station. For Express, also check the departure time and seat on your ticket. If you arrive late, confirm the last train and available service before entering the gates.
Plan the last leg to your hotel
Search your hotel name or address to check its location and Korean address.

Terminal, floor, exit, stand, and stop numbers can differ. Confirm them on official signs before moving outside.
